The Memory Program for Alzheimer's Care | The Greens at Cannondale

The Evergreen Program is a special aspect of The Greens at Cannondale, offering a supportive program for senior residents with Alzheimer’s, memory loss and other memory impairments. We address each resident’s specific situation with compassion and expert care. We rely on our activities-based program to help promote each person's abilities, to keep them active, happy and mentally stimulated.

The Evergreen Program was developed by professionals with a proven reputation for therapeutic and recreational skills. You'll find a team approach to care and service. Resident, family counsel and other input are actively sought in developing personalized memory loss programs. Our specially trained group facilitators lead each activity.

Our mission is to establish a gently structured environment that is comfortable, secure and where each resident's individual qualities are recognized and respected.

Within The Evergreen Program we take the time to discover the personal history of each resident so that important connections to the past can be maintained. Based on the needs of each resident, we put our resources to work. From exercise to social settings we provide valuable interaction with other residents to promote stimulating relationships. Additionally we guarantee that our residents are cared for with dignity and respect and that our activities & workshops are always rounded out with "quiet time."
