Our Apartments

The Greens at Cannondale apartments are spacious, luxurious and smartly planned for efficiency and convenience. They are also spacious enough to hold your most cherished possessions. Studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are offered for your consideration.

Preparing a snack is simple! Kitchenette's have a microwave oven, space-saving cooktops, refrigerator/freezer and handsome Corian countertops, all accented by wood cabinetry.

Featuring walk-in showers with built-in seat and grab bars, these beautiful bathrooms are designed for comfort and safety. You'll also find a large mirror with recessed decorative lighting and ample counter space for your personal items.

Additional standard features in all apartments include wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, raised electrical outlets, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, cable TV, all utilities except telephone, and a state-of-the-art emergency response system.
